It takes 30 minutes to get to the area from the central point of davao city on a normal or light traffic. The house was designed for a family of five in the 70s but only 2 members of the family live in the house currently hence the extra room. It has wide spaces if the guest wants to move around more freely.

Built in the early 1950's, the heritage house was one of the first residences in Juna Subdivision, Matina Davao City. The house was built in the architectural style of that period showcasing a hexagonal ceiling design in the Living and Dining areas.
