You have a private entrance with a keyless self check-in & dedicated parking in front of apartment and your own Hvac system. Centrally located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills , you have a 2 minute walk to the beach, a view of the" Wright Brothers National Memorial" from the living room, and several "locals favorite" restaurants, bakeries and shops nearby.

Treetop Beach Suite

This is a two-room, full bath suite with a private entrance on the 3rd floor of a private home. Room enough for four adults or a small family (additional charges apply after the first two guests). The uniqueness of the Suite is that you are far enough off the beaten path to relax in a quiet neighborhood and yet be only minutes away from all the Outer Banks has to offer. Children are welcome; however, suite IS NOT childproof. No pets! OWNER LIVES ON SITE, ONLY REGISTERD GUESTS ALLOWED IN SUITE!

You tube "tour of Manteo nc" to see this special location in the heart of downtown on a 3rd floor overlooking the lighthouse and Shallowbag bay. Walk to restaurants, bars, shops, docks, and Festival Park/Elizabeth II. Visit The Lost Colony/Fort Raleigh/Elizabethan Gardans, NC Aquarium, Jockey's Ridge, and Much More.
