This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?

Lugnt villaområde, nära till vatten och natur. 500 m till havsvik och badmöjlighet, samt 800 m till skog och motionsspår. Ta med egna bäddset och handdukar. Det finns även att hyra för SEK 200 per gäst. Ni städar själva alternativt köper avresestädning för SEK 600. Fri bilparkering på gatan.
