Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space in the heart of Dallas! We have guest accommodations behind our home with close proximity to White Rock Lake, SMU, the arboretum, and downtown! Take a morning walk down the street and visit a historic horse stable or close the drapes, sleep in and relax! The space has a bedroom with a queen bed and a hideaway sofa bed in a safe and peaceful neighborhood - you might even see peacocks! My work studio is upstairs (used 10-3pm M-F) but I’m very quiet.

Private room close to everything

Place is very quiet, close to I 35 & George Bush Turnpike. All amenities within 1/2 mi. Walmart, and "Korea town" 1 mi from the house. Bus 5 minutes' walk. On-demand DART to/from home to/from the station no extra cost. Guest has access to a full remodeled kitchen, the living room and of course a bathroom. Bathroom, kitchen and common spaces are cleaned everyday. I am living there and have some talks with guests if we meet in the common space, however I am very discreet and don't bother them.

Located in West Dallas, close to Uptown, Medical District, Bishop Arts and Downtown. Dallas Love Field is 11 minutes and DFW 22 minutes. Dart stop is 5 minutes by foot. We could be around during your stay but feel free to message me anytime! There is street parking please don’t block garage door. No pets and no smoking.
