The cottage is located in Howard, PA with a view of Foster Joseph Sayers Lake and Bald Eagle State Park. The nearly 8-mile-long lake has 23 miles of shoreline offer excellent warm-water fishing. Bald Eagle State Park has a boat launch in Howard, lighted and provides 24-hour access. The cottage is 30 minutes from Penn State University in State College. 20 minutes from Lock Haven University, Lock Haven. There are many local activities.
