After 15 years of working as a singer/songwriter and touring/recording musician, this home was the greatest and most beloved milestone of my young career. I spent my most inspiring creative musical hours here, along with warm sparkling spiced christmas parties and music jams with close friends. It began to feel like a gorgeous and grainy, old wooden instrument. Absorbing and resonating all the sweet sounds from almost 100 years past. I stayed true to the quirky squeak and creak- personality of this "old timer-charm" home, as a friend of mine would say. I hope with all my heart you enjoy it as well, like your favorite pair of beautifully weathered blue jeans. With all the new neighbors rushing into this newly booming area, the off street parking is becoming quite the luxury as well. Plug in and try out the instruments on the walls, if you're feeling inspired or even just curious. Walk to all the wonderful new foodie-approved joints close by. Give my sweet neighbors a wave on your way. They're all pretty amazing. Enjoy!. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. The area is quiet and still boasts access to downtown just a short six-minute drive away. Venture down and discover iconic bars, restaurants, and music spots. The Nashville Nifty-now with kitchenette!

The Nifty is completely remodeled and has not been used for anything other than an Airbnb. That means that everything in the room is there for my guests. The room is suitable for up to 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child-there is one queen bed. There is plenty of off street parking in my wide driveway. Please note: I have a Metro Nashville Short Term Rental permit. The Nifty is attached to my house but completely separate. This is a non-smoking suite, also no pets.
