Our comfortable house lies in a peaceful traditional village, a fifteen minute drive from the beautiful beaches of western Sardinia. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the village, mountains, and the sunset over the Mediterranean. Experience good food, wine-tasting, fishing, ancient Nuraghic culture, crafts, yoga, golf, surfing or anything else you wish. We will help you arrange it. Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

Ampio appartamento di 120 mq nel centro storico di Cuglieri che affaccia sul corso principale, al secondo piano di un palazzo di famiglia degli agli anni '20. Troverete una casa antica che ha mantenuto gli arredi originari e lo spirito decò del tempo. Il palazzo fu in origine acquisito dal mio bisnonno e appartiene tuttora alla mia famiglia. Noi abitiamo al terzo piano (due adulti e una bambina) , mentre gli ospiti avranno a disposizione l'intero appartamento al secondo piano.

By choosing this place you will be close to the most fascinating beaches of Alghero at 5/10 minutes walk. The old town is at 30/40 minutes by walk and 5/10 minutes by car or public transport. These beaches, with their high dunes of white sand and almost transparent water (Baia dei Venti, Maria Pia, La Conchiglia), are unique in Alghero for having a Pine tree forest that separates them from streets and traffic and which provides a nice shade from the heat of the sun.

Il paese di Cuglieri si trova a soli 10min di auto dal mare e 10min dalla montagna e gode di un clima fresco e ventilato , ha un territorio ricco di bellezze paesaggistiche e storiche ed è un ottimo Campo-base per dei tour giornalieri verso nord per raggiungere Bosa e Alghero o verso sud per visitare il Sinis ,oppure visitare il territorio del Montiferru e scoprirne le sue perle : l'Arco di S'Archittu , La Baia di Santa Caterina , la spiaggia immensa di Sas Renas.
