In addition the little town of Creston is located just 2 miles down the road- complete with a steak house, little market and post office. Perfect location for day trips exploring the Central Coast. This is a very relaxing get away surrounded by nature. Creston is centrally located- 20 minutes from Paso Robles, Atascadero or Templeton. If you are looking for a get away to relax and unwind, this is the perfect spot for you.

There are cottontails in the yard, deer come to drink at the water trough and 107 bird species have been seen on the property. The yard is fenced so your pets will be safe. We provide pods for the Keurig coffee maker as well as creamer, sugar, artificial sweetener and tea. There is a microwave, toaster, Mr. Coffee and a gas barbecue for your use also.

The 3 bedroom 3 full bath home is complete with the simplicity of a ranch style house and the modern amenities of a newly built home, including a custom coffee maker, full range stove, large kitchen island. Sitting on three acres within the middle of wine country, the views from the wrap around porch are enough to make one want to stay at the house all day.
