Dove Lodge Painswick

A stunning little house in an area of outstanding natural beauty with rolling hills and a location only a mile from the 'queen of the Cotswolds' ( Painswick). The modern little house consists of a bedroom on the ground floor, a large open kitchen and tv lounge on the first floor and spectacular views throughout. The house all equipped and has plenty of free parking as well as a sharegarden which is free to roam. 1 pet is allowed during the stay. Check out is strictly no later than 11am.

Exposed beams and exposed stone. Two low beams on the ground floor (5ft 7) and steep stairs to 2nd and 3rd floors, stair rope or rails throughout. Private parking out front. Peace and quiet and birdsong in the fully enclosed gated courtyard, yet central to pubs, restaurants and river walks. 3pm check in, 10am check out

Modern Hayloft in Cotswolds

The hayloft is very old but we have converted it into a 2 bed suite (one double bed & one big round bed on the mezzanine) with a 'shed bathroom' and a large lounge. It is on top of part of our own house (above the kitchen) but has a separate private entrance and a door onto the garden. There is no kitchen facility - think hotel rooms rather than self catering! It is right in the heart of the village a couple of hundred metres from good restaurants, ancient pubs and independent shops.

Charming cottage which is perfectly located for a relaxing break or holiday in the Cotswolds. Designed for comfort, the interior has been refurbished to a high standard. We are in a designated area of outstanding natural beauty and are a popular destination for walkers and cyclists who want to explore the many footpaths and bridleways. The cottage is a 2.5 mile drive from Bourton-on-the-Water and a short walk across the fields to the cafe in Notgrove.

Pippa’s Cottage-walk to Cirencester and Gastro Pub

Pippa's Cottage is our self contained detached annexe with private roof terrace, just over a mile from the centre of the pretty market town of Cirencester. We are a 7 minute walk to a Sunday Times Gasto pub, The Plough by Sam and Jak, and less than 5 minutes to the fields entering Cirencester Park, or The Stratton Hotel Spa (1/2 day bookings available. Off road parking is included. We can accommodate 3 people with an extra charge.

Self Contained Studio in Country House

A self contained studio with own private entrance, great views overlooking the Wiltshire downs and the Cherill White Horse. A super king sized bed or 2 single beds if requested. There is an ensuite bathroom and small alcove with tea and coffee making facilities, Nespresso machine, small fridge and microwave oven (not proper kitchen). Set in the heart of the Cotswolds in the Windrush Valley, our guest house is set at the end of the garden and perfect for those wanting a short escape. The guest house is a newly converted, beautiful stone cottage, with an open plan living space, fully stocked kitchen and king bed or twin beds with ensuite bathroom. There are wonderful walks and cycling right on our doorstep.
