Welcome to our new construction tiny home on the Kenai Peninsula! Our property is a cozy one bedroom, one bathroom, has brand new furnishings, a fully outfitted kitchen & plenty of space to park. The Kenai Peninsula is an ideal hub for all of your outdoor adventures. Enjoy fishing on the Kenai river, hiking, sight seeing & fly out guide tours in the summer & ice fishing, snowshoeing, skiing, & so much more in the winter! Please note: we don't have wifi & we have a very strict NON SMOKING policy.

Cooper Cabins

Log building with 2 queen beds. In the winter this is my garage but summer it's a great 'cabin'. No water in cabin. Micro, fridge, covered area with gas grill,space heater, private shower/toilet house. Fire pit, no wood supplied. Kenai Lake access is 1 mile, great beach walking. Fish on the Kenai, 1.5 miles away or drive 6 miles to the Russian River. Dogs allowed but you cannot leave them alone in the cabin unless they are in a kennel. If days are not available please ask, I might be open.

Downtown Portside Hideaway

This newly renovated cottage is in a downtown setting yet out of the bustle of busy city streets. It has a great view of the inlet and port, ands sits above the railyard. The bedroom has a KING size cool foam mattress and full bathroom with shower. On chilly nights enjoy an electric fireplace while cooking in the fully equipped kitchen. The large backyard has a deck with table and chairs, as well as a firepit. There is a desk to work at and high-speed wifi internet, plus a free parking space.

The Cozy Bear is centrally located 15 minutes from the airport with easy highway access for epic adventures and sightseeing! We are a husband-and-wife team living the dream in Alaska! We’re on hand to support our guests as little or as much as they wish.

Secluded Rustic Home

Great little cabin for your Alaskan getaway! 10 minutes from great fishing at Bings Landing, 10 minutes from Soldotna, and only a couple minutes off of the highway. This cabin is great for your fishing, hunting or romantic getaway. This cabin offers 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, bathroom, a washer and dryer and WiFi. This location may have some neighbors close by but it offers the seclusion you enjoy when you want to just get away and relax.

(The lower deck is temporarily closed for repairs but the upper deck and the gazebo are still open). Long term rental stays are for winter months only. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Nestled on 16.7 acres of Alaskan land with access to a private lake. The perfect place to relax after a long day of adventure. (Property is shared with a main house, another cabin, and yurt) but there is plenty of space for privacy.

Oceanfront Inn Duplex (Upstairs Suite)

A single private unit located upstairs in a two-story duplex. The suite includes two private bedrooms, each with a queen bed, a living/dining area with couch and table, and a full kitchen stocked with dishes and basic cookware. The bathroom includes a stand up shower, no bathtub. Each suite also features a private balcony with the best view in Seward! Access to a shared hot tub, (extra fee), is included with rental of this unit

Hillside Holiday Base Camp

Welcome to your home away from home in Anchorage, Alaska! The house is in a quiet neighborhood on the base of the Chugach Mountains. This private location is nicely wooded, features mountain views, and is conveniently located adjacent to Anchorage's world class hiking, biking, and skiing trails. The Alaska Zoo and Anchorage Golf Course are also very close. Grocery stores and excellent restaurants are just a few minutes away.

Clear Creek Cabin

Welcome to Clear Creek Cabin located just 5 minutes from Seward. The cabin is 800 sq ft, 2 bedrooms (1 king/1 queen pillow top beds) the couch pulls out to a bed or I have a double sized memory foam bed available for a 5th person. There’s a bathroom w/ shower and Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, living room area with Smart 65 inch tv, and wifi. Covered deck off the front with a bbq and a fire pit.

Kenai Cove Log Cabin

Kenai Cove Log Cabin is a tranquil lakeside hideaway. This custom log home boasts cathedral ceilings, stunning lake views, a large covered deck with a grill, trout fishing and a beach full of perfect skipping rocks. The cabin sleeps a total of 7 guests. It's a perfect location for families or couples to enjoy nature as well as each other.
