Welcome to the most luxurious home in the Valley. We designed, built and equipped this home for the most comfortable rental experience possible. From Boll & Branch Sheets to a DeLonghi espresso machine, we have cut no corners and thought of everything. Our goal when we built and designed this house was to create a cozy & upscale spot to escape to in North Conway. With Echo lake only a 5 minute walk & multiple ski mountains only minutes away, our villa is the perfect jumping point for any season!

Enjoy a fully-stocked Mountain Retreat! Breathtaking sunsets, modern amenities, full kitchen - PLUS popcorn maker, lobster pot, blender, waffle maker, coffee maker, etc! Open floor plan for gatherings that spills out onto the covered patio with grill & fire pit (split wood provided). Beaches and kayak/canoe rentals just minutes away. North Conway Outlets are 12 mi away. Ski slopes galore and snowmobile trails accessible from the house! More adventurous, message me for hikes or family walks.

Cool Mountain House with Lake Access

The house is in a private forest in the White Mountains. Visitors have access to the Mountain Lakes facilities. Kancamagus Scenery Byway, Groton Lake, and Loon are nearby. Well equipped kitchen and a outdoor gas BBQ make gourmet cooking joyful. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs with a Queen bed, and 3 twin beds, and a full bath. A powder room, washer and dryer are provided. HDTV, WIFI/ land-line phone are available. Bring flea spray and a compass, be careful with animals in the woods.

COZY COVE COTTAGE 3 Bedrooms,2 Bathrooms sleeps 6 OCCUPANCY LIMIT 6 - 3-bedroom 2 bath just steps away from shared waterfront access with a swim float and a shared dock. You also have access to a larger sandy beach a short walk away. The nice size back yard is flat, has a patio with views of lake. The downstairs is an open concept with one bedroom with 2 twin beds, plus a full bath. A king and queen are in the bedrooms upstairs, along with another full bath and an additional sitting area.

MARY'S LAKEVIEW 4 Bedrooms,1 Bathrooms OCCUPANCY LIMIT 10 guests - This 4 bedroom 1 bath cottage has a large yard, views of Sebago Lake, and just 0.2 miles from Nason's Beach. Your rental comes with a free walk on pass to Nason's Beach. All the living area is on the 1st floor. A open floor plan combines the living room, dining room, and kitchen. 2 bedrooms with king beds. The 3rd bedroom has a futon. The 4th bedroom has 1 twin bed and 1 full. There is also a sleeper sofa in the foyer.

Views of the water from the kitchen and living room. 2 bedrooms and 1 bath downstairs. 2 bedrooms upstairs with a Jack and Jill bathroom. 2 kayaks and 1 canoe provided. Fishing poles also provided.

A large deck to enjoy the views of the lake or tie your boat up to. The large deck is a great place to hang out with views of the lake.

Enjoy sunrise views over Sebago Lake. The property has great sitting areas outside to take in the views. The large lot offers plenty of room for kids to enjoy. There are also disc golf baskets and a basketball hoop. The automatic generator and Telsa charger are great pluses.

701 - 1 Bedrooms, 1.0 Baths (Sleeps 3) OCCUPANCY LIMIT 3. The cabin includes a private bedroom and bath, plus a common room with kitchenette. This one-bedroom cabin has a direct walk out onto the pond side floating boardwalk. A queen bed and a small futon in the common room. This allows for up to 3 guests. Guests will also have access to the natural pond. You can also enjoy Sebago Lake with at Nason's Beach which is a very short drive away.
