Welcome to the most luxurious home in the Valley. We designed, built and equipped this home for the most comfortable rental experience possible. From Boll & Branch Sheets to a DeLonghi espresso machine, we have cut no corners and thought of everything. Our goal when we built and designed this house was to create a cozy & upscale spot to escape to in North Conway. With Echo lake only a 5 minute walk & multiple ski mountains only minutes away, our villa is the perfect jumping point for any season!

This charming chalet is nestled on the edge of Little Pea Porridge Pond in the enchanting village of Eidelweiss, an alpine oasis just a short drive from Mt Washington Valley. The LV Chalet is located less than 30min to popular North Conway, N.H./15 min to Historic Fryeburg, Maine. The Chalet is ideal for couples, friends & families to relax! In the Summer, enjoy beach access to Lower Kimball Lake, nearby Saco River and year round hiking trails. In the winter, the Chalet is situated between ski mountains: Cranmore Mountain & Pleasant Mountain. There’s also close access to Snowmobile trails. It is located on a private road and close to Howard Pond, Androscoggin River, and Sunday River skiing. No matter the season, opportunities await, whether you decide to stay close or venture out. There are plenty of trails nearby to explore, canoe rentals, skiing and so much more.

Idyllic, serene waterside cottage. The private deck perched over the 32 acres of spring-fed, trout stocked-water is perfect for romantic sunsets. Enjoy the turtles as your feet dangle over the deck. The detailed cottage has wi-fi and comes with a well-equipped kitchen, and quality bedding, and is ideal for 2 people. Relax, read, fish, listen to the loons - a perfect get-away to completely unplug. Great hiking, kayaking, and biking in the area. Grill, hammock, and fire-ring by water's edge.

The Modern Lakehouse

This modern lakehouse is situated on Hogan Pond in Oxford Maine. Here you can stay with all the comforts of a beautiful lakehouse built in 2020 while being feet from the water. This is a great place to vacation whether you prefer the private sandy beach, the A/C inside complete with Smart TV cable and Wifi, or the hottub! Sip a drink at the bar while watching the game or use the grill on the deck but be sure to use the built in sound system to play your music throughout the house and deck.
