Keuka Beach House - Glamping at its best!

My place is right on the lake and great for summer activities. The deck hangs out over the water overlooking the beach and dock. Outdoor opportunities include your own hiking trail on five acres of land behind the house, cycling, swimming, kayaking and canoeing. It's a great place for couples, solo adventurers, and pets who like to swim. Currently, New York State charges 8% sales tax and Yates County charges 4% Occupancy Tax which is added to the amount you pay when booking the space. Sorry.

Camp Run Lake House

Amazing Sunsets! Flat yard, super easy parking. This super spacious 3 bedroom, 1800 sf house is perfect for family and friend get togethers. Walking distance to several restaurants and breweries. Inside you will find a fully furnished kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, and 3 large bedrooms. Outside you will find a grill, Adirondack chairs, fire pit, and a 100' dock with your own water trampoline! Shallow beach area is perfect to walk right into the water. Very flat yard perfect for outside fun!

Honeoye Haven

Enjoy Honeoye Lake in this recently remodeled year-round home. This three bedroom, 1.5 bath home has many oversized windows which offer postcard views of the surrounding Bristol Hills. The level yard and large deck open to over 50 ft of lakefront. Take advantage of the private dock for sunbathing or fishing. There is a grassy area for yard games, a fire pit for night-time marshmallow roasting, a front and back deck for outdoor entertaining and much more. Weekly rental required July-Labor Day.

Modern Lakefront Cottage

Relax and recharge in a freshly updated, modern lakefront cottage. Sip your morning coffee overlooking the tranquil south end of Conesus Lake. This four bedroom, one bath cottage has a completely redone, fully-equipped kitchen to allow for home cooked meals during your stay. End each night with a perfect sunset over the west side of the lake. You will have direct beach access to the water, as well as a private dock for fishing or boating. A fire pit, water float and kayaks are also available.

Conesus Lake Waters Edge Retreat

Year round Lake front retreat will accommodate up to 8 guests with 2 bedrooms sleeping 4 people and full bath on the first floor and 2 bedrooms (one with balcony overlooking the lake) and full bath on the second level. Enjoy your family vacation by relaxing on the brand new expansive patio with fire pit, hot tub and bunk house. Prepare your meals in the open chef’s style kitchen or built in outdoor bbq. Cozy up by the fireplace while enjoying a movie on our 60” flatscreen TV. Lake life!!!

Conesus Lakehouse Retreat

This cozy lake front home has all your needs, wants, and desires all in one perfect setting. Just recently renovated in spring 2019. This home offers breathtaking views. It comes equipped with a dock for boat access. Boat rentals are nearby at local marinas. Enjoy a full-view sun porch with the sounds of the lake in your mornings while enjoying your coffee. There is a separate patio area with beautiful stamped concrete and a cozy sheltered area with an outdoor ceiling fan and sun shade also.

The Hideaway on Hobart - New /Recently Renovated

The Hideaway on Hobart is a fully renovated cottage just steps from Honeoye Lake, a true hidden gem of the Finger Lakes. Located at the north end of the lake, guests enjoy access to a private community beach, park, and boat launch. The home features two bedrooms, an exceptional kitchen and open common space, plus an amazing deck for relaxing or entertaining. Two ski resorts (Hunt Hollow & Bristol) are less than 15 minutes away for year-round fun and access to a private dock is provided.

Canandaigua lake - Heron Cove Sanctuary

The only house in 500' of lakefront. Quiet & beautiful & private. [See pics & feedback] A panoply of personal watercraft.  10 min to village of Naples.      House is upgraded mid-century cottage over a bridge at the end of the road – secluded, at the bottom of a cliff.   Outdoor hot tub, living room fireplace.   Big beautiful lake - right there - you'll feel it in your heart. The wifi is decent, but we recommend that you don't use, because it's best to sit lakeside and watch the stars!

Gezellig means cozy, warm and friendly in Dutch! Just what you'll find when relaxing and enjoying the view in studio apartment across the street from our lakefront home on Conesus.
