Modern Oasis in Ballard. New cottage w/ 1.5 baths

Our cottage has an open loft style floor plan. Spacious, quiet, and light filled. 1.5 baths and 2 stories. Modern and elegant finishes on everything. Main floor has 1/2 bath off kitchen, and there is a full bathroom with shower near the bed located upstairs. It is a stand alone “guest house” in the back yard of the main house. Private parking right in front of the front door! Yard has fire pit, outdoor furniture and BBQ. A hidden oasis, right in the middle of the Ballard neighborhood.

The Creamery

Nestled between the barn and the milking parlor is The Creamery; a relaxing spot to spend a few days far from the rigors of the city. Here we made Dinah's Cheese for years, and now you can enjoy the sunrise from the comfort of your plush bed, warmed by the thick down comforter. The French Limousin cows may come up to your bedroom window, curious as to who is sharing the pastures this morning. The quiet will be startling, with little noise but coffee brewing in the kitchen.

Views and Beach Access: The Cottage at Wren Point

Completely renovated in 2018, this oceanfront cottage with wraparound deck, large windows, viewing platform and pebble beach access oozes seaside charm. Relax by the wood burning fireplace, prepare fresh meals in the new open-concept kitchen (stainless-steel appliances including dishwasher, quartz countertops and porcelain sink) or on the BBQ outside.
