Inspired by Chip & Jo, this is an updated camp house, filled with antiques and farmhouse decor reclaimed from the property and surrounding areas. Perfect place for a weekend getaway from the hustle and bustle of Houston or Austin, and a great base camp to hit up Round Top weekends and/or all that Austin County has to offer. And in the springtime, come stay amongst the bluebonnets. They cannot be beat!

Koch Ranch - Camp House

Ranch house built to blend the convenience of modern construction with the rustic charm of a rural home. Great weekend retreat for a family or group of friends with quick access to Columbus. You'll love spending time on the front porch! You might get a chance to see our longhorn herd walking by! We have another house on the property which is listed as "Koch Ranch - Hester House". These two houses are close to each other, but they face different directions providing privacy for each house.

Relax on the large screened-in porch and enjoy the surroundings. The ranch is home to many animals! Each stay will receive a complementary bottle of wine as well as feed to feed the animals. A scenic drive past nearby ranches leads you down a dirt road to your tranquil getaway.

Parker's Place Tiny Home ~20 mins to Round Top

Welcome to Parker's Place! The perfect spot for a weekend getaway, antique shopping trip, or romantic vacation. Enjoy the sunrise on the front porch with a cup of coffee, enjoy your afternoon eating lunch under the large oak tree in the back or a nap on the hammock, and enjoy the sunset in the evening on the screened in back porch with a nice drink and a movie. Located just ~20 mins to Round Top, ~18 to LaGrange, & ~18 to Columbus.

The Bird’s Nest~ a Bit of Eden in New Ulm

After the hustle and bustle of the city, or a long day touring historic Texas towns, take a break and escape to this relaxing getaway. Located in the quaint town of New Ulm, Texas, The Bird's Nest is a quick 20-25 minute drive from all attractions; the perfect base camp for a trip to some local art galleries in Fayetteville or a day of antiquing in the Round Top area and just 2 miles from The Vine event venue and wine tasting room.

J-A Farm Stop

This is a perfect place to spend for an overnight stay or a short trip. The reason for this is because there is no kitchen, only a small fridge and microwave. The breeze way in between the guest suite and the main house is shared with owners but you will have total privacy in the guest suite which is separate from the main house. Our super friendly pups on the property love to greet everyone! NO Cleaning Fee!

The Goebel House

The Goebel House was built in 1921 by the Gus Goebel Family. The current owner is also a Goebel and considers the house family. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath and an open concept living, dining, and kitchen. Includes a back yard patio and large covered front porch. Nestled near downtown Bellville, Texas, The Goebel House is 20 minutes from Brenham and 35 minutes from Round Top.

Fawn Creek

Perfect escape! Custom built cabin nestled in the woods. Tranquility awaits you among the beautiful trees, wildlife and star gazing. Although we do live on the 20 acre property, the cabin is secluded and the surrounding grounds and pond is completely fenced. No pets please. NO CLEANING FEE!
