You're welcome to arrive by boat or car; private entrance to your cabin.

A dock for your small boat or seadoo is also available. Canoe and life jackets provided.

Swan’s Nest is nestled between the American narrows portion of the main channel of the St. Lawrence River and peaceful Swan Bay. This 4 bedroom/3 full bathroom home features a gorgeous floor-to-ceiling river stone gas fireplace as the focal point of the main floor, as well as a fully stocked kitchen and king master suite. Downstairs is a cozy sun room with a fireplace, and an Irish pub style bar room. To the rear, double decks overlook the wide lawn and waterfront access to Swan Bay.

Kick back and relax in this peaceful space. Guest house has two twin beds, private bathroom, microwave, toaster, Keurig, small refrigerator. WiFi access, outdoor grill with outdoor dining and seating area all under a 16x24 pavilion. This property offers incredible views, fish jumping and canoe and kayak access. Welcome to Pointer's Cabin (named after our two German Shorthaired Pointers)! We love our little cabin in the woods and can't wait for you to enjoy it too. The house comfortably sleeps 6 and has a large yard with a spacious deck that has enclosed railings to keep pets and kids safe! The deck is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or your nightly cocktails!

This super cute cottage is located on the St. Lawrence River! We are in Spicer Bay which is halfway between Clayton and Fishers Landing, NY. You will have a view of Spicer Bay which is off the main channel. (Unfortunately, you can't see big ships going by).
