Le logement a été construit à l’emplacement de l’ancienne écurie, avec des matériaux modernes, et inclut une cuisine et une salle de bain complètes. Ce logement est en pleine campagne, sur un grand terrain entouré de champs vallonneux, tout en étant à moins de 15 minutes du centre-ville de Sherbrooke.

Chalet situé en montagne environnement paisible distance de marche de la montagne et près du lac lyster. Equipé d'une cuisine complète, d'un poêle a bois et d'une thermopompe vous serez dans le confort peu importe la metéo. Le chalet possede un lit king pour les occupants principaux et queen pliable pour invités/ enfants ou des enfants. Le bois est fournis pour le foyer durant la saison hivernale. L'eau provient d'un puit artesien et est potable.
