Bring your bike or snowshoes as we’re super close to the Burlington Bike Path & Island Line Trail. Just a 10 min. drive to downtown Burlington and all that Vermont has to offer is a quick drive away. Our home is located on a historic Colchester Farmhouse that was originally built in 1900. Completely remodeled for your comfort!

This guest house has been built and designed by my husband and I. It sits behind our house with private walking/biking trails right out your door. The design is modern with natural warm colors and tucked away in the trees. The loudest noise you will hear are the owls hooting and a faint distant train whistle two times a day. Lakeshore VT has 3 separate suites each is a 1000sq. ft. with one bedroom. The one listed here is suite 3. House comes private beach (for all) with the use of a dock. Suite 3 has a king size bed and a sleeper sofa. Full kitchen. Walking distance to Bayside Park which has public tennis courts, volleyball nets, outside skateboard park, and a playground for children. The park also connects to miles of bike paths which can take a rider all the way to the Champlain Islands with a ferry ride.
