There are lovely walks and cycle rides to surrounding villages and historic market towns like Colchester, Hadleigh, Kersey Lavenham and Woodbridge. The coast (Southwold, Walberswick, Aldeburgh, Frinton, Felixstowe, Clacton, and Lowestoft) are all a comfortable 30 - 45 minutes drive.

The Stables

The stables are a light airy open plan barn conversion finished in 2018. A sumptuous king size bed. Your own private entrance with your own kitchen with a starter pack all ready for your stay including continental breakfast for one morning There is Wi-fi within the barn. We are 20 minutes to Mersea island, 5 minutes to Colchester zoo and 10 minutes from the magnificent Layer Marney Tower.

Welcome to my cabin, set in the garden. Access to cabin through side gate/garden. Sleeps 2 on a double bed. Attached to the house is convenient use of your own downstairs shower room/toilet & kitchen area. Cabin is also a games room so guests have use of table tennis, football table, dart board and games. Parking in road just outside house.
