Little oak Barn is a self contained annex that sits 2.5 miles outside the village of Raglan which offers a good selection of Restaurants, a village store and a garden centre. Brecon Beacons National Park and the Wye Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty are both within 10 miles. For those that like mountain walking, you will be spoilt for choice. Step into Jinks Cottage and I hope you step into a real ‘home from home’. A cosy cottage with a fabulous & foodie local pub, right on Offa’s Dyke path. The emphasis is on luxury and comfort in this well-equipped, warm, welcoming cottage. Originally built in the 13th century, Jinks Cottage was home to the village cobbler (called Jinks), his wife and six children. Now carefully restored, it provides a spacious country retreat for four, plus your four-legged friends, as we’re very dog friendly!

The Barn - private 3 bed, garden, and firepit.

The Barn, is part of our grade II listed welsh farm house. Set in 8 acres of lush fields (the Barn has 1/2 an acre of private garden with beautiful views of the welsh mountains and the Skirrid). It has been beautifully restored with loads of original features, given a new lease of life and a sense of fun. We don’t mind noise, we want people to have fun, it’s perfect for families and night owls alike. And we are dog friendly and child friendly. Perfectly set up for both to have a great time!

The Bothy Cottage @ Oak Farm

The Bothy, part of our 17th century Welsh farmhouse, offers a perfect base to explore Monmouthshire & the Brecon Beacons. Recently renovated, it has a spacious bedroom with a king size bed & bathroom with shower. Downstairs there’s a large living room w/sofabed and full kitchen. We provide freshly baked bread on arrival & home made marmalade & jam, butter, milk, tea & coffee. The Hall Inn iswithin easy walking distance and there's a log fire for nights in - ideal for a weekend in the country

Peaceful Stone Cottage among fabulous gardens

The Garden House is a peaceful stone cottage set in the historic gardens of High Glanau Manor, the home of H. Avray Tipping (1855-1933) the Architectural Editor of Country Life Magazine from 1907. High Glanau Manor is an important Arts & Crafts house set in 12 acres of gardens designed in 1922. The gardens retain many original features including formal terraces, octagonal pool, glasshouse, pergola and 100 ft long double herbaceous borders. There are spectacular views to the Brecon Beacons

The Old Granary Farm Cottage

This is a holiday cottage in what used to be a granary on a working farm in the beautiful rolling hills of Abergavenny. Accessed via stone steps facilitated by a handrail, you'll enter the cottage into the hall. There is an open plan lounge come bedroom, separate kitchen and separate bathroom. Free parking is available on the farm yard. Stunning views from the farm, this is a perfect location for numerous countryside walks, some nice local pubs, and a short drive to Abergavenny or Brecon.

Ideally located for exploring Tintern Abbey, floral Usk, Abergavenny and Monmouth (all under 10 miles) visitors can also enjoy golf courses abound and the Breacon Beacons, Offa's Dyke, Wye and Usk Valleys which all provide good walking.

Lounging chairs on the decking provide the perfect place for your morning coffee listening to the birds sing and soak away your stress in the wood fired hot tub then cosy up in front of the log burner and enjoy the tranquility of the woodland.

A delightful two bedroom cottage detached from our property set in an idyllic, unspoilt valley overlooking a large natural swimming pool. Located in-between the towns of Abergavenny and Monmouth and nestled within view of the black mountains from our lane. We are close to the Offa's Dyke and the Three Castles walks. 'The Halfway' pub is 3/4 mile down our lane. Abergavenny is known as the ‘food capital’ of Wales and boasts some superb restaurants nearby.
