This lake area is for mainly non-motored boats such as sail boats, kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, etc. We are 8miles from Portland International Airport, close to downtown shops, pubs, parks, and the waterfront. Our neighborhood is quiet & Burnt Bridge trail is close.

A deck overlooks a 1/2 acre pond that is spring-fed. If that isn't enough for you, private hiking access to state land is just across the street or five minutes down the road is battleground lake, where you can swim or fish there. We welcome pets but cats are no longer allowed inside the house

This is a place where wonderful things happen! Watch the birds and fish, enjoy nature. Relax and get refreshed. There are games for outside and inside. Because this is a rural area, the cell phone reception is not so good in some areas of the house, especially downstairs. TV works well and texting works everywhere. WiFi is good. We ask our guests to agree to our house rules and sign a Liability Waiver before checking in.
