Our Annexe is a modern, cozy space, with free parking. The annexe is adjoining our home, but guests have their own private entrance. Inside is a spacious lounge, with settee, table and chairs, TV with Netflix and WiFi. We can offer our guests a breakfast of home cooked pastries, just let us know if it is something you would like.There is a seperate good sized, bedroom overlooking the garden,with a double bed and wardrobe. There is modern shower room with toiletries provided.

Close to the City but away from the noise, #42 is a modern double bed studio apartment in South Canterbury. The house is on New Dover Road but is set back way back from the main road, offering a tranquil location just minutes from the city walls. Your own separate dedicated entrance, double bed, bath/shower, sitting room and a private balcony overlooking the garden awaits you. Special arrangements can be made to accommodate up to two young children (max 7 years)

Connected to the house but with its own entrance . A great place to unwind but also convenient for Canterbury, Whitstable and the coast. We allow one good dog. The room and bathroom has MVHR , which is a mechanical ventilation heat recovery system which keeps the air circulating.
