My place is close to lovely sandy beach. We are 2 minutes walk from the village center which has quaint traditional shops,have great restaurants on our high street.Quex Museum & park close by. Rail station 5 minutes walk for trains to London including high speed. Canterbury & Margate near by, which boasts Turner contemporary gallery & lovely old town. You will be warmly welcomed to our Victorian home. I provide a generous Full English or Continental breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice.

Deal The band stand hosts concerts throughout the summer. A pier. Local boutique cafes and bars which have live music on many nights. Quaint , secluded , countryside /village cottage. Suitable for travelling golfers, business people, and an inbetween stop over from and to Europe for the holiday makers . The Paper Mill Stables

Set in the beautiful grounds of a fifteenth century Wealden hall house, The Stables is a delightful oak framed cottage - a hidden-away and peaceful haven for two. There is a sitting room with woodburner for super cosy nights in, and the pretty bedroom has a luxurious 4000 pocket sprung king size bed, and quality Egyptian cotton linen. Outside is a secluded garden with a terrace, and seventy acres of woodland and pasture to wander through; our resident Labradors will be pleased to join you!

It is separate from the main family home which offers a cosy/secluded space with an open-plan kitchen and living area. It is a relaxing place to spend many an hour watching the wildlife and enjoying the sights and sounds of Kent We have installed for your enjoyment day & night vision cameras so you can watch the birds and ducks by day and badgers and foxes at night.

The Times featured us! Sappington Granary is a secluded, romantic hideaway in pretty Kent countryside. This 200yr-old wooden farm building has been updated, but retains its unusual charm. Delightfully & individually decorated, it is one of a kind. Inside it is snug & romantic. Perfect for little breaks, peacefully isolated but still close to Canterbury and beaches. Walk in nearby woods, the local valleys or even (if very energetic) to the pub, it is the perfect couples' break.

Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. We have owned and run the restaurant - The Three Compasses, for nearly 20 years now. Unfortunately we have retired from the restaurant . We do not allow takeaway meals to be consumed in the rooms. Full English breakfast is included but we ask for prior notice of special dietary requirements.
