Chata je na okraji klidné chatové osady v lese nad přehradou, k vodě je to 150 m stezkou ze stráně, nebo terénním vozem či pěšky 400m po lesní cestě. K dispozici Hot-tube, gril, krb s udírnou i loď pro 5 osob. Ubytování je vhodné i pro celou rodinu včetně pejsků. Kozlanská pláž (400m), Koněšínská pláž (800m), přístaviště parníků. K dispozici jsou dvě koupelny. Dům je částečně podsklepený. Parkování je možné u domu nebo v garáži. Na zahradě je krytý bazén a zastřešená terasa s posezením.

Nachbarn gibt es keine (Einzellage). Der schöne Ort Jaidhof mit Schloß und Erholungsteich ist ca. 500m entfernt. Krems an der Donau ist ca. 18 km entfernt. Der Ort Gföhl mit Geschäften und Restaurants ist 1km entfernt. Am Stausee Krumau (10km) hat man die Möglichkeit zu einer Bootsfahrt.

Das mit viel Liebe errichtete Apartment (ca. 40m²) befindet sich im ruhigen, historischen Altstadtkern und ist mit Fußbodenheizung, Bad/WC sowie einer Küchenzeile ausgestattet. Nahversorger, urige Heurigen und Wander- bzw. Radwege sind ganz in der Nähe.

Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Our two cats are also part of the family;you are welcome to interact with them. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)
