Spacious and bright apt. in the center of Venice

My apartment is spacious -140 sq.meters-and bright in an historical palace in the very center of Venice. There is a large double bedroom with its own bathroom , another smaller double bedroom and a single bedroom with a second bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a table where you can have breakfast or meals. In the wide living room there is a table for 6 and 2 large sofas. From here you have access to a nice terrace with table and chairs where you can relax after sightseeing!!!

An entire apartment with a Venetian style decor, in a private palazzo from the 1600's, with a STUNNING VIEW. Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has one large bedroom with a queen sized bed. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy. Air Conditioning, wifi and heating.

80m2 apartment on the third floor overlooking the historic center and partially on the Vena canal, 150 meters from the boats to / from Venice, with air conditioning. Consisting of a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a living room with a convertible sofa, a brand new kitchen, a bathroom, and with a terrace from which you can also see the lagoon and the port. The terrace has tables, chairs and umbrella to enjoy breakfasts, aperitifs, dinners, or even just sunbathing in complete relaxation.

Si trova nei pressi del campanile con l'orologio mediovale più antico del mondo. Ed è a solo 1 km dalla bellissima spiaggia di Sottomarina. La casa è situata a pochi passi dal parcheggio comunale. Al piano terra potrete trovare la Hall e il deposito per le bici. Gli alloggi sono dotati di molti comfort, tra cui una splendida terrazza al piano superiore.

In the heart of the historical town, in a renovated building: 1st floor, well equipped (fibre WLAN), air conditioning, two bedrooms, bright & quiet sidestreet from the main promenade alley, about 500m from buses or boats to Venice (60/90 minutes to St Mark's square and direct bus from/to Venice airport). Garage for rented bikes. The flat is sanitized. I own also a big flat (3rd floor) with terrace on highstreet (best for 6, but up to 8 people, 2 bathrooms).

Appartamento vicino al mare (400 metri), spiaggia, fermata dell'autobus per Venezia (20 metri), supermercato, farmacia, pasticcerie e ristoranti. È composto da ingresso, cucina completa, bagno e antibagno, camera matrimoniale con annesso ripostiglio. Su richiesta sono disponibili due bici. L’appartamento è al primo piano completamente ristrutturato.
