Our double height wood and stone barn directly opposite our house is found at the end of a long private drive in lovely Dorset countryside. A very comfortable 5ft bed, woodburning stove and pretty views, a perfect relaxing and cosy retreat. Easy access to lots of interesting places. Guests can play tennis and croquet. The Barn sleeps two adults. Ample parking directly next to Barn. Please note the Barn unsuitable for children and infants. NB There are no shops or pubs within walking distance.

The main living area has dual aspect and bifold doors out onto an enclosed patio, garden and seating area. No.3 is a self-contained property which was the extension of the original farm cottage built in 1907, now part of the hosts’ residence (number 4). It has it’s own separate access off a quiet unclassified road leading out of the village of Winterborne Whitechurch with off-road parking. The property has been adapted to provide all the comforts for a quiet enjoyable stay but public transport is infrequent so a car is recommended.

Gable Cottage is a 3 bedroom, character cottage built and designed originally as a life-sized dolls house. Gable Cottage sits in the heart of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the idyllic Dorset village of Berwick St John at the end of the very special Chalke Valley. The cottage sleeps up to 6 people plus 2 people in the Shepherd's Hut at no additional cost. The views from the cottage are spectacular.
