Our team of housekeeping professionals follow protocol and always look for ways to improve upon their craft. Correct PPE Usage. All housekeepers and inspectors wear protective masks and gloves when cleaning rentals. Linens and bedding All linens, towels and laundry are cleaned at a commercial-grade laundry facility and in accordance with CDC guidelines. HOT TUBS WILL BE IN USE. Hot tubs will have fresh water in for each change over and will have been sanatized. We are constantly checking for public health advice, and currently we are unaware of any public health evidence that suggests that it's unsafe to bathe in hot tub water, provided it is correctly sanitised and also the correct pH level. Unfortunately they will be no allowances for early or late check-in/check-outs with the current situation of covid-19. Check in time is after 5pm. Check out time is before 9am. Changes to facilities. Temporary measures currently in place has resulted in removing the following. Iron/ ironing board. Hair dryer. Fleece blanket. DVDs / Xbox games. Nescafé Dolce gusto machine. Extra Cushions .Salt & pepper pots. Crockery, cutlery,untensils, kettle,toaster and pans will still be provided.

The Tree Cabin

The heated tree cabin is set within a small secluded wood up a steep path. Cedar lined, insulated and oak clad it cantilevers out over a remote mill pond. Wake up in a tranquil heaven only shared with shy wildlife, including deer, hare, the odd badger and a variety of birds. In the cabin are a king-size plus bed, table and chairs, kitchen area with induction plate, microwave oven & toaster. Your own smaller tree cabin, a few trees away, houses a flushing toilet and hand basin with spring water.

On a fine day, turn left out of the back gate for a pleasant 35 minute walk, following the canal directly into the beautiful city of Chester. Maybe take a boat trip on the river Dee? Alternatively, Chester Zoo is just a 10 minute drive, continuing down the A41.
