Comfortable Home, Hot Tub, Trails on 140 Acres

This property is located in a remote and beautiful area of Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom. The house is on 140 acres of fields and forest. There are 2.5 miles of private walking/snow shoeing trails in the woods. A large mowed area around the house provides space for grilling, outdoor dining, fire pit and games. The outdoor hot tub (emptied and refilled after each stay) is heated to 104 degrees year-round. This property is easily accessed from Route 2 and is on a well maintained dirt road.

Clyde River Farm & Forest's secluded Northeast Kingdom river retreat, the Clyde River House provides stunning views, shoreline, numerous birds, including bald eagles, nesting osprey, blue herons, and a pair of loons. It's electric car friendly plug on side of house. Fast internet starlink 443 mbps down load and 450 mbps up load. Security camera on the front of house facing the front door and down the driveway. Second security camera is facing the front of house and parking lot.

The Maple Lodge at Lake Elmore is a two bedroom handcrafted home located between Montpelier and Stowe Vermont. Nearby skiing, hiking and seasonal recreation opportunities await your visit. The Elmore State Park provides a wonderful beach and watercraft rental & hiking trails for Mount Elmore. Close to the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail-a 90 mile walking/biking/snowmobile trail.
