Come relax at our beautiful Southwestern adobe-style home which offers incredible views of the Collegiate Peaks & easy, quick access to the Arkansas River. Our private home is located in a quiet community, backing to BLM land & the Fourmile Rec Area . We are a 10-min drive to town & close to many outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, rafting, & fishing. The Historic Ranch House

We have intentionally tried to preserve as much of the ranch house as possible while still updating the house to today’s standards. The most notable piece of history is the Monarch cook stove in the kitchen, the doorways and doors that are not as tall as today’s standards, the original wood floor in the master bedroom and original moulding around some of the doors. The house is a 3-bedroom, 1-bath house with all the amenities from home. We hope you enjoy our little piece of ranch history!
