This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. One of us is always available online. In case you need any kind of help, please don't hesitate to let us know and feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to help! Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. U2 subway station is located in front of the building entrance. S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz is within 2 min walking distance. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

Peaceful, comfortable and quiet on side street. Grocery store , post office, drug store shops and restaurants all just 1 minute away. Buses, trams and subways all close by. 20 minute walk to the St. Stephan Cathedral. Prestigious 9th district with Freud Museum 10 minutes away. Palace Liechtenstein 5 minutes (URL HIDDEN) much to see and do! This apartment is in an urban area in the 9th district of Vienna, famous for elegant living. It’s just a 4-minute walk to the magnificent Liechtenstein Palace and park. RING Strasse is nearby where all the historic jewels of Vienna can be found. There is public transport nearby: Underground Line U2 Bus 40a Tramway Line D, 38, 41, 42 NEW !!! CITY TAX !!! Please be informed that due to new regulations in Vienna, we are obliged by law to collect a city tax from our guests. We will need to charge 3,2% of your accommodation costs including the cleaning fee. Because of its location, everything you need to see in center is in walking distance so no public transportation is necesary. If you want to go explore some more, minute away from apartment on central town square are tram stops with trams that go to every part of city. Also, taxi stand is few steps from building.

Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.
