Nothin' Fancy Guesthouse (20 mins to Chatt)

Welcome to Nothin' Fancy! If you are looking for a basic place to rest, this is an option. Think about this place as one step up from camping. It is behind our main house. We have a full bed, kitchen, and bathroom in a 400-foot space. We’re about 20 minutes away from Chatt. We are animal friendly for a small pet fee. We also have dogs/cats; you may hear them outside. The house has no internet or tv, but we do have cell service. AC window unit only. Only book if old and basic works for you.

You will be just a couple of minutes from the interstate (75). 20 minutes from downtown Chattanooga and 20 minutes from Dalton, Georgia. You are one mile from a grocery store, and several fast food restaurants. You are just a 10 minute drive to Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia which has Walmart and many places to eat and shop. With kitchen, full bathroom, queen sized bed and convertible couch, this is all you could hope for from tiny space living! We have several books and board games to enjoy your time together and the 50” flatscreen is there, just in case reading and games arent your thing. If you need a quiet place to just get away for a while, or a clean place to lay your head, we’re here to help!

This little farmhouse is nestled on the back of the property and offers a cozy and warm environment with many wonderful amenities. While at the farm, you can pet and feed the variety of farm animals, play in the mud puddle, enjoy some great farm games and catch a glimpse of nature.
