Located in a desirable community of South Venice . Venice, Manasota and Sharky's beaches are located only 5 miles away. The Historic Venice avenue of unique shops, restaurants, special events, Farmer's Market, tennis courts and Children's Fountain are close by. Newly Renovated home in a quite and peaceful area is an ideal place for any season gateway. A great place for biking, running, walking. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

This 2-bedroom home has one master with an ensuite bath. Both rooms have comfy queen-sized beds. The 2nd bedroom also has a futon bed in the corner for extra sleeping accommodations. The living room has a pull-out sofa as well. There is a well-stocked kitchen and grill! 4 Bikes are provided to enjoy biking on the quiet streets/Shamrock Nature Park (.5 mi. away) Several SWFL beaches are 10-15 minutes away! Did we mention the TIKI HUT and hot tub? Many other features to this surf vibe beach home!
