Дом поделен на 2 части, в одной части живет семейная пара и кошка, вторая часть сдается гостям (когда нет гостей, кошка живет в доме). Spacious & modern wooden house is located next to the road A2 (E77) - Riga and Sigulda are 15 min away, Gaujas National Park ~ 30 min drive. All house is very well equipped and is at your service (except one room) as well as barbecue facilities outside, table tennis, berries, mushrooms, garden, fireplace, fun & more :) Usually guests are not bothered by the road, but please be aware of existing transport sounds, so this is a place in the nature with some urban touch.

It is a modern house and has a large lounge with log fire,full kitchen,shower room & toilet and sauna(additional charge) and upstairs a 2nd shower room & toilet.The terrace has a good view of the garden and has a bbq ready for use...It is possible to add 1 extra single bed (additional charge)and a baby bed (free).
