The accommodation is self-contained with its own stable door entrance, wood burning stove and private terrace overlooking views across the Land Yeo River and Marshalls Field. This stunning position is only a few yards from coastal walks and cycling routes. Clevedon's famous marine lake, which is open all year for wild swimming, is a short stroll away as are the local pub, post office and some lovely coffee shops a little further along the seafront.

It's in a great location: cul-de-sac, green space to the front, garden to the rear, close to shops, 5 mins walking distance to several beaches and coastal path, also near to the Goodsheds sustainable urban high street. Built new in 2017, it is a bright, spacious and contemporary home. A well decorated and comfortable place to stay. P.S. The sunsets are amazing!

The apartment also offers a large 55" TV, pocket sprung mattresses and a pool/air hockey table. You have the whole apartment to yourself! Sleeps 4 people in 1 king and 1 double bed. There is also a small sofa and recliner. Great location, within 10 minutes of Cardiff Bay, the city centre, Principality Stadium, and Whitewater activity centre, the Millenium Centre and more.

SPECIAL WINTER DISCOUNT This beautiful self contained dwelling in set in 2 acres of traditional cottage garden, with seating areas dotted along the river, in the secret garden, under the oak tree and also has the choice of 4 patios. The guests have access to one of two hot tubs which are kept meticulously clean. There is a large vegetable garden and chickens, a pig, sheep and Alpacas. In addition to the 2 acre garden there are 3 acres of paddock.

Good location, 20 minutes walk to Penarth Rail Station and town centre with it’s restaurants, shops and public houses. There is a small convenience store within 5 minutes walk, the nearest public house is only a 10 minute walk.

The cabin overlooks a river ,real log fire , 1 min to A467 , 4 mins or 20 min walk to train station, plenty of cycle routes and walks , supermarket close , short drive to Brecon beacons , we are gay friendly , free parking on drive 😄 local club 1 min walking distance ,very welcoming 😀 we don’t accept any bookings without reviews
