I was inspired by Stevie Nicks' song "Italian Summer". It is located at Beach Point, an east side neighborhood of homes and cottages. There are views of the ocean and Ptown, with ready access to the semi private beach. The sunrises are phenomenal, sunsets awesome and refreshing sea breezes. I invite you to share my utopia. Guests have a private entrance and newly renovated, bedroom/bath suite. Parking, a comfy queen-size bed, and TV are included as well as a fridge, microwave, and Keurig. Plymouth Rock, Plimoth Plantation, and "The Mayflower" are 10-15 minute drive. No cameras on property. We respect your privacy.

Hosts live on the first floor but our office is off the guest room hallway on the 2nd floor.
