Wij hebben enorm genoten van dit prachtige huis. Dit huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Het is smaakvol ingericht en wij voelden ons meteen thuis❤️ Het verwarmde zwembad met uitzicht op zee was een groot cadeau, vooral bij zonsondergang. 🌞 Wij komen zeker een keer terug! Wonderful stay close to centre of town. Extremely well equipped kitchen for home cooking / day trips + lots of restaurant recommendations.

We really enjoyed our stay at Maria's place. It was very clean and comfortable. It has lovely views of the ocean and great location to discover the whole island. There was also everything we needed including the basics for cooking like oil, vinegar, salt and herbs. The only small downside was that the town was a little too far to walk but there are a couple of restaurants that can be walked to. Maria was great at giving us recommendations and helping out when we had issues with our flights.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le logement ! (famille de 6 personnes) Celui-ci est bien situé, une belle vue, endroit très paisible et privé. Il est très bien équipé, piscine chauffée (pour 30€/J), barbecue disponible, très spacieux et propre. Ce qui en fait un très bon rapport qualité-prix. On recommande !

Madeira ist bezaubernd und die Unterkunft war es auch! Die Unterkunft ist super ausgestattet, man hat alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist ein Traum. In den Schlafzimmern sind kleine "Fenster" um mit Meeresrauschen einschlafen und aufwachen zu können. Constantino war super nett, immer hilfsbereit wenn wir Fragen zur Insel hatten und er hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Alles war sauber, gepflegt und gemütlich. Dieser Airbnb war jeden Cent wert! Wir waren mehr als zufrieden!!! Danke für diese unvergessliche Zeit!

Nous avons passé une séjour très agréable. Angela est d'une très grande gentillesse, accueillante et disponible. Le logement ne manque de rien, très propre, spacieux, avec une vue sur l'océan magnifique. Nous recommandons vivement.

We had a great time in the house and felt very welcomed! John was always reachable for us, if there was a problem or a question we had. We can just recommend it:)

Great location with beautiful views of the ocean from all rooms, loved it so much that my wife did not want to leave the apartment. Would highly recommend it to anyone. Please note uber/bolt is harder to plan for, best if you have a rental.

Fantastic apartment! Very spacious with all the amenities you need for a home away from home. Great location close to a shopping mall with a big supermarket. Lots of excellent restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Easy to get into Funchal on the regular local buses for only 2 Euros, a stop right outside the apartment. We didn't use the pool but it looked clean and well maintained. Great sea views from the apartment and lovely to fall asleep to sound of the waves on the rocks. Very relaxing stay and would highly recommend this place and hope to stay again sometime in the future

Bruno is een gezellige en heel behulpzame host! We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in zijn fijne appartement dat van alle gemakken is voorzien. We hebben vooral heel erg genoten van de jacuzzi in de tuin. Die willen we nu thuis ook ;-) Deze plek met prachtig uitzicht, van alle gemakken voorzien en een host met super tips, is absoluut een aanrader!

Fabulous trip to Madeira, accommodation was excellent, very comfortable bed, lovely apartment, really enjoyed the balcony. The apartment was in a quiet street in the old town, close to lots of fabulous restaurants and the cable car station. Loved everything about it, our host was amazing really responsive and gave us some great recommendations for places to eat. Thoroughly enjoyed the food. Will definitely come back 😁

Wir waren in diesem wunderschönen Appartement gut aufgehoben. Da Privatunterkunft in einer Siedlung kann tagsüber was los sein, als Tourist ist man aber eh meist unterwegs. Die bis jetzt best ausgestattete Küche die wir mal gesehen haben. Man denkt an alles, dass man wg einer Woche nicht alles selbst einkaufen muss. Geschäft und Restaurant auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Gutes Internet. Hoffentlich sehen wir uns mal wieder!

Il y a beaucoup de travaux à proximité ce qui créer des nuisances sonores mais c’est provisoire le temps de la construction des logements. Certains voisins étaient aussi assez bruyants parfois le soir… L’appartement est bien situé, en retrait par rapport aux tumultes de la ville et la plage est accessible rapidement à pied L’appartement a besoin d’entretien au niveau des peintures et du mobilier mais comme ricardo me l’a si bien dit, il est difficile de trouver des entrepreneurs sur l’île à cause de la demande croissante de constructions et rénovations mais je ne doute pas qu’il fera le nécessaire dès que possible En bref nous avons passé un agréable séjour et le logement a largement suffit pour notre séjour en famille avec notre fille de 2 ans

El apartamento es muy acogedor, amplio y bonito. Las zonas comunes son espectaculares, muy bien cuidadas, especialmente el gimnasio y las piscinas. La única pena que durante nuestra estancia hubo bastante viento y no pudimos aprovechar las piscinas tan maravillosas.

We had a fantastic stay in this cozy apartment right in the center of Funchal. The location couldn’t be better — just a few minutes' walk to the centre, restaurants, shops, and the beautiful waterfront. It made exploring the city super easy and convenient. The apartment was well-equipped and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was friendly and responsive. Despite being in the heart of the city, it was surprisingly quiet at night, and the balcony was a lovely bonus for morning coffee or evening wine. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to explore Funchal on foot and experience the local vibe!

Great apartment within walking distance to the center of Funchal. Exactly like the pictures and the terrace is really amazing! Very quiet neighbourhood to stay, even with the ongoing construction sites nearby. Parking space is a real plus as well.

Wir haben 9 schöne Tage auf Madeira verbracht und durften dabei in Carlos' Wohnung leben. Carlos war sehr hilfsbereit bei allen unseren Fragen und hat beim CheckIn flexibel auf unseren Wunsch reagiert. Carlos hatte Wasser, Kaffee, Brot, Obst für ein erstes Frühstück bereit gelegt. In der Wohnung haben wir uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt, sie ist nett eingerichtet und es ist alles da was man braucht. Von der Terrasse hat man einen seitlichen Meerblick. Die Lage in Funchal ist super, man kommt gut zu Fuß in die Altstadt und auch per Auto gut aus der Stadt heraus. Sehr wichtig ist der Stellplatz für den Mietwagen in der Tiefgarage. Es muss aber, auch wegen den Straßen auf Madeira, ein Kleinwagen sein. 5 Minuten zu Fuß ist ein tolles portugiesisches Restaurant (Cai D'Queixo), sehr zu empfehlen Vielen Dank an Carlos für alles. Wir würden die Wohnung von Carlos wieder buchen.

Delila was an great host. Apartment was clean with all the amenities. Location is great, close to the beaches, stores and restaurants. Bus stop is right in front of the apartment.

This was the perfect place for my family of 4 for 5 nights. Roberto met us for check-in and guided us into the garage, easy to park and utilize the remote control. From there you access the elevator to the 5th floor. The condo is exactly as it looks in the pictures. Our 2 adult children were with us and the room situation was ideal. The weather could have been better, lots of rain, wind mixed with some sun. I chose this over some other homes because of the amazing patio with a view, we didn't use that much due to rain.We ate at Francos the second night, which is around the corner, it was good, but we discovered the streets closer to the water and hotels, and ate in that area the next three nights. We also found a great breakfast/coffee shop called the LOFT in the same area, super yummy and so reasonable. The kitchen was fine, and worked for breakfast on a few days. Good to know there is a washer, but no dryer, so you have a drying rack. We loved our stay here!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Besonders gefallen hat uns der grandiose Ausblick auf die Küste, die gute Ausstattung der Wohnung und die ruhige Lage. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden die airbnb jederzeit wieder mieten!
