The queen size bed has a super comfy memory foam topper wrapped in 400 thread count linen that will facilitate a delightful nights rest putting you in the best possible frame of mind to soak up what our stunning city has to offer. The kitchenette is more than adequately equipped for Air B&B guests and includes Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and microwave oven. All brand spanking new. The bar fridge has a few bottles of complementary South African wine for your enjoyment. The balcony has two chairs and an umbrella for relaxing before the day begins, alternatively enjoy a delightful sundowner after you return from a day on the beach or a productive shopping. spree. Both bedrooms lead to balconies, the views are spectacular. We are connected to a 24 hour security service that will escort you into the apartment if you are coming home late or alone. The whole apartment is available. Open plan lounge dining kitchen and two en-suite bathrooms, entry area and deck. I am an artist, so my studio (opposite to apartment entry) will be locked as I will use it as a storeroom. Located just a few kilometers west of Cape Town CBD, Fresnaye is one of the city's most affluent neighborhoods. The loft is just a short stroll from high-end Sea Point eateries. Head to Saunders’ Rock Tidal Pool on hot days for a refreshing dip. Unfortunately we only have street parking, but we are 100m from the MyCiti bus stop and we have found that most guests find using Uber, most convenient. If you prefer a personalized tour guide or shuttle service, we can organize that as well. Please note there will be extra outdoor furniture added to deck before your stay. There is air conditioning in all rooms
