WATER IS STILL ON!! This sweet little house is great for those who want to get away from it all. It's like camping but with many more creature comforts. Hot and cold running water and a fantastic hot outdoor shower! The house does not come with sheets and towels but if you need that, please let me know and I’ll make that happen for a small fee ($15)! This small cabin has been re-built with new pine paneled walls and ceiling, bunk beds, carpeting, electricity, a new Eco-outhouse!, solar shower and It is located at the edge of a field about 100 yards from our home. It is a perfect base camp for hikers 12 miles south of Franconia notch trail heads and Appalachian Trail crossing. The cabin is most often used by hikers who want a base camp near many of the most popular hiking trails near Franconia Notch. It is a peaceful and quiet place.

This carefully renovated barn is located in the hills of Fairlee, five minutes from I-91. A stand-alone private space with two spacious living areas and decks overlooking ponds and the mountains. You're welcome to bring your dog; please note there is a $75 pet fee for the length of your stay. With direct access to extensive hiking trails and minutes from Lake Morey and the Lake Morey Country Club there's lots of fun things to do.

Sapling Yurt

A short walk through the garden brings guests to this backyard yurt which was handcrafted on a New Hampshire family farm out of many species of local saplings. The handmade door and large skylight let in lots of natural light; you'll rise and set with the sun and watch the stars from the full-size bed. Two small single-sized floor mattresses fold up to make low chairs. A counter, fridge, and sink allow guests to make simple meals.
