Our lakefront property is conveniently located inside of the no wake zone in Deerfield Marina and our brand new dock is the perfect place to take a dip. Additionally, Deerfield Resorts has a golf coarse, pool, playground, volleyball and tennis court, and restaurant located in the marina.

Historic year-round cabin along lakeshore w/dock

The lake home was built in the early 1930's to house the engineers constructing the entire TVA (Tennessee Valley Authority) system that created dams and hydro-electric power throughout the region. It also provided jobs that helped with employment during the Great Depression. A wonderful addition we made recently was a dock, which remains in the water from sometime in March until late October. Please note this is an old, quaint home. It has its quirks.
