St. Marys Mermaid Cove is a beautiful townhome property. It includes 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and lovely coastal furnishings throughout. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV, the living room includes a 55" flatscreen with cable access, and property includes WIFI access. This property includes everything you need except your clothes (i.e. coffee maker, washer/dryer, new BBQ grill that uses coal OR propane, etc.) . Convenient short walk to historic downtown shops, restaurants, and parks.

This is a comfortable and very livable two level townhome within walking distance to the Old Village of St Simons, parks and the beach. Have a shared swimming pool. Only one mile to the beach and other convenient places to eat or shop. Have the basic supplies until you can get to the grocery store- coffee pods, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, soap, detergent pods, etc. Pool hours 8:00am-9:00 pm starting April 1st. Sleeper sofa in the living room is available if needed.
