We are available if you need us but we will leave you to enjoy Watling House in peace! The house sits in the quiet village of Bridge, around three miles from historic Canterbury. The village is a great base for country walks in the Kent Downs, with plenty of local pubs for pit stops, or visits into Canterbury for its vibrant nightlife. Bus Services to Canterbury, Dover and the surrounding villages. Train service from Canterbury to London, Dover and Whitstable. Why visit Watling House... - Fantastic walks in an area of outstanding natural beauty - Lots of local amenities on your doorstep - three village pubs, local shop, butchers and a frequent bus service into Canterbury (approx 10 mins). - Close to the historic cathedral city of Canterbury. Visit the Cathedral, Canterbury Tales and the historic city walls. - You can nip up to London on the UK's first highspeed service from Canterbury West (approx 55 mins) or a day trip to France (approx 20 mins from the Port of Dover and the Channel Crossing). We haven't been able to list all of the great things to do in the area but can always tell you more... we would recommend a trip to one of the local Kentish vineyards for some famous English Fizz!

The Place in Rye - Peaceful, spacious cottage

The Place in Rye is located in The Mint in the very centre of historic Rye, and sleeps 4. The newly renovated cottage has two light and airy bedrooms each with king size beds, ample storage space and their own luxury bathroom. There is a new fitted kitchen, dining area and comfortable sitting room, WIFI, smart TV and small library. There is a peaceful sunny courtyard with outside seating for 4. There is a car park 50 meters from the cottage. Sorry we do not accept children under 12 and no pets.

Jacks Cottage -

A beautiful oak framed building with great views of the south downs. Accommodation comprising of a comfortable lounge with TV and wifi and log burner. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. One double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

Originally part of Whitstable's historic fishing industry, The Cottage has been beautifully restored and renovated to provide a quirky one-bedroom bolthole (plus sofa bed) just moments from the sea. A high-spec kitchen, super stylish bathroom and spacious open-plan living space (with an inkling of a sea view) make this the perfect spot for a chilled weekend break, seaside holiday or extended escape from the everyday. One or two minutes from the beach, harbour, shops and restaurants. Come see!

Beach house in Dungeness

Beautiful Dungeness house right on the beach with ever changing views of the sea all year round. The house incorporates an original train carriage and the living space is open plan. The well equipped kitchen includes a generous dining table and chairs, which also looks out across the beach. There are two double bedrooms within the carriage as well as a shower room. An ideal place to explore Dungeness as well as discovering the wider area including Rye, Folkestone and the Romney Marsh.

Camber Sands, Camber near Rye

This beautifully furnished house sits a five minute walk from Camber Sands, with it's enormous sandy beach and dunes. A great space to spread and out and relax with family and friends. The house is stylishly furnished and decorated, and well equipped with everything you need! We have an enclosed garden and the house is dog friendly. It is our family holiday house, so is comfortable and welcoming - a perfect spot for anyone who wants to getaway to the coast and anytime of year.

Charming cottage just a short walk from the sea

Traditional terraced house converted into a stylish one bedroom home that is yours exclusively. It is an ideal home for a couple looking for a restorative break by the seaside. We live here part time so it is fully equipped and the amenities are all available for you to use, including beach kit. Please note that we have a strict adults only policy and that the maximum number of adults is 2. We love animals, but unfortunately we also have a ‘no pets’ policy as well.

Hucksteps is a medieval, 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house centrally located in the Citadel of Rye. Facing St Mary’s Church, the house is surrounded by cobbled streets, period architecture, literary associations, stunning coastline, and vibrant culture. Camber's sandy beaches and dunes are an easy walk/cycle/drive away. A High Street full of independent shops, restaurants, inns, art galleries, Kino cinema, Rye Spa Retreat, tea rooms are round the cobbly corner.

RYE BAY BEACH APARTMENT

Stylish Eco apartment seconds from the glorious Camber Sands, the best beach on the South Coast. Comfortably sleeps 4 in 2 large double bedrooms. Plenty of space for relaxing. Perfect location for exploring Southern England or lazing on the beach. The apartment is attractively furnished with vintage furniture and fabrics. All bed linens and towels are provided and 100% cotton. Off street parking in the residents car park.

The Yard Rye

The Yard is a two-bed interior-designed cottage in the citadel of the beautiful Cinque Port town of Rye. It is situated down a cobbled passageway next to a pretty tea room. PLEASE NOTE – The property can sleep up to two adults in the master bedroom and one child in the single, with a pull-out camp bed if needed for an extra child. We also have a travel cot for an infant. Please be aware we have a steep staircase.

Cosy beach cottage in Camber

The Beach House can be found opposite the famous Camber dunes with off road parking for four cars. Pop your towel on your shoulder and you're on the sand in two minutes. The Gallivant restaurant is a few doors away or it's only a short walk to The Owl, for quality pub food. The historic cinque port of Rye is a ten minute drive away with cobbled streets full of original antique shops and restaurants.
