Main floor living room has a queen murphy bed(sofa isn’t the most comfy but I chose bed over comfy sofa) , a half bath, Full kitchen/dining area w/ everything you need for daily meals. A small fenced in yard w/ turf for pets. Smart tv, WiFi & laundry room.

Located in a nice safe neighborhood this house is about 2,000 sq ft and has everything you will need and love. You also can soak up the sun laying next to the pool out back, or you can take a 10 to 15 min drive and be standing with your toes on the white sandy beaches in Panama City Beach. This is a roomy 500 square foot (46 m2) bright and airy studio with full bath. The beach is just a half-mile away; an easy walk or a very short drive. Attached to a seldom-used two-car garage, it is super quiet, completely private, and very clean. Your hosts are a retired couple who live on-site in a detached residence. English and German spoken. Pets (one dog only) welcome with prior coordination. Late check in is NOT available; we will meet you at the door.

Please note the step up to the bathroom and ONE low bed. Some guests have trouble with these! The futon folds down into a twin size bed. If you have one kid (or two small ones) they may be comfy sleeping here. Let me know and I’ll make it up for you before you arrive.
