Located right across the street from the Wellsville Tabernacle square, Kids playground and splash pad. No Smoking. No Pets.

The house opens to a large great room with large picture windows perfect for entertaining large groups but cozy enough for smaller families. Please be aware there is an attached apartment with tenants not part of the rental.
