Twixt is a mid-terrace Victorian cottage located in the idyllic North Norfolk village of Burnham Overy Staithe. It's just a short walk from the picturesque quay and the North Norfolk coastal path. Recently refurbished and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay - whether a weekend or a longer break - it will comfortably accommodate four people in the two bedrooms which are furnished with a kingsize and twin beds. There is also room for a travel cot in the master bedroom.

Relax and enjoy a cosy stay in our beautiful and peaceful family home in Burnham Deepdale. Ideally located, just off the North Norfolk coastal path it is the perfect place to get away and enjoy the scenic surroundings. Close to the stunning beaches of Brancaster, Holkham and Scolts Head Island, golf courses and the charming town of Burnham Market with its award winning restaurants, deli’s and boutique shops. Please note that it is a family home, therefore a £1000 damage deposit is required.

Belle Air cottage in Brancaster

Belle Air is a two bedrooms two bathrooms bungalow beautifully located in the wonderful village of Brancaster. The property offers off road parking for two cars, and a spacious garden with a reading garden shade. The location is ideal for beach goers, golf players, bird watchers and anyone who love beautiful skies and discover the Norfolk coast. Just a wonderful place to stay where you can enjoy a summer on the beach or a warm cosy weekend by the fire during the winter days after a walk.

Woodlark Lodge at The Old Woodyard, Docking

A brand new luxury eco-lodge which is situated just outside the village of Docking. It makes the perfect bolt hole for both families and couples and is ideally located for exploring the North Norfolk coastline. It is one of only seven lodges and has been meticulously constructed in fine timbers. Inside, the vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling glass create a light, spacious and contemporary look. Located with surrounding countryside, Woodlark Lodge is a relaxing and peaceful retreat.

St Anne’s is a quirky, characterful coastal bungalow in Brancaster Staithe, sleeping up to 10 across the main house and a self-contained annex ideal for groups wanting space to gather but also retreat. Walk to the harbour, beach and the Jolly Sailors a proper local pub, not a tourist trap. Wells-next-the-Sea and Burnham Market are both an easy drive for food and exploring. Large enclosed garden, sheltered west-facing patio, plenty of parking for everyone driving from different directions.

Wake up with a long breakfast in the beautiful dog and child safe private courtyard garden, or cross the road and be crabbing before breakfast. A perfect multi generational 4 bed cottage.

The Loft, Wells-next-the-Sea

The Loft is a spacious penthouse apartment in Wells-next-the-Sea with fabulous saltmarsh views and allocated parking for one car. Wells Quay is a 5 min stroll away where you can discover an array of independent coffees shops, restaurants and shops. The Loft welcomes families with children over the age of 5, and is able to be booked with Driftwood (first floor 2 bed apartment) should you wish for large groups to get together to explore the beautiful North Norfolk coastline.

Marsh Mellow House is a beautiful and spacious property, recently renovated to a high standard for a comfortable stay. Enjoy easy access to nearby pubs, coffee shops, and restaurants. A three-minute walk will take you to the Boardwalk across the marshes, perfect for a scenic walk to Brancaster Beach or Brancaster Staithe. The property also features off-street parking, a private, fully fenced garden, and convenient access to the dog-friendly beach, which is open year-round.

The Boathouse in Sennowe Park is a truly special property and we are delighted to have the opportunity to let it on behalf of its wonderful owners! Designed by renowned Norfolk architect George Skipper The Boathouse sits in a totally unrivalled position looking over the beautiful lake and grounds at Sennowe Park, next to Pensthorpe Nature reserve (recent home of BBC’s ‘Springwatch’) and just a 20-minute drive from the North Norfolk coast at Wells-next-the-Sea.

Coastal Retreat for two in Brancaster Staithe.

Little Redwings is the perfect location for couples wanting a coastal getaway. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in Brancaster Staithe, yet still within walking distance to the pubs, Coastliner bus stop, harbour, and many other popular coastal attractions. Having just been completely refurbished in January 2024, Little Redwings is designed to offer luxurious and comfortable accommodation in an open plan studio. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets.

The house is in the small village of Brancaster Staithe on the North Norfolk coast – designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It is in a small group of houses, three minutes’ walk from the Staithe with its sailing club, fishing sheds, ice cream truck, the marshes and coastal path. Enormous skies, sun and soft winds make this an area we have loved to return to for over 25 years. We hope that you will come to love it as we have.
