The firepit is a family favorite spot for making s'mores. We provide propane BBQ plus smoke house smoker, yard games, & plenty of board games.

Just a couple miles outside of Burnet we’re close enough to make a quick trip to town and just far enough away to enjoy the peaceful countryside. The Guest House is located on a small hilltop overlooking cattle grazing land giving us amazing sunrises and sunsets to enjoy as well as plenty of wildlife. Bring your friends and family and get a taste of the true Texas Hill Country.

Plenty of room to park your trailers if you are mountain biking or boating. You can enjoy the porch all night if you like howling at the moon and stars. Enjoy the goats, Don Juan is the main man, Pedro is the chief rabbit. Cabin is equipped with full size refrigerator, large country sink and a two burner stove.

It's also a great central location for Enchanted Rock, Longhorn Cavern, Pedernales State Park and historic Fredericksburg. Located in the Hill Country, 1- hr west of Austin and 7 mi south of Marble Falls. Once you enter the private gate, meander down to the HH tucked away on this 200 acre privately owned property.

Quiet lakefront home on Colorado arm of Lake LBJ. The property has 100 feet of lake frontage with another 100 feet on the adjacent community park. Best fishing on the lake.
