Our villa is situated literally on the beach, which is known for its crystal blue waters. The newly built modern house is fully equipped with all conveniences, such as a modern kitchen, air condition units in all rooms, tv, wi-fi etc. The famous traditional greek taverna of Maria is right next door, where you can enjoy local delicacies all day. This traditional house was built in 1928 on the cliff of the Razim-Sinoe Lagoon, which is part of the Danube Delta Biosphere Reserve. In addition to the spectacular landscape that can be seen from the yard, the property extends to the waterfront where we have arranged a birdwatching hide for our guests from where they can observe the rich avifauna of the area. Here we have also set up a place for water activities. Our guests can use a rowing boat for free.
