Kmečka hiša iz prve polovice 19.stoletja leži v središču spomeniško zaščitene vasi Spodnja Polskava. Klasično grajeni zidovi kmečke hiše ohranjajo prijetno bivalno klimo tako pozimi, kakor poleti; ohladite se lahko v senci mogočnih orehovih krošenj. V hiši je spalnica s krušno pečjo, dnevni prostor- nekdanja črna kuhinja s kmečko mizo, kuhinja in kopalnica (50 m2). Razen spalnice so vsi prostori obokani. It offers a private hot tub and sauna. Kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, toaster, refridgerator, toaster and even utensils for you to get creative with cooking. Interior is decorated with Swiss pine wood. There is a parkig space before the apartment and Wifi is availabe throughout the property.

RNO ID: 120720 Apartment is located near the old city of Maribor (20 minutes walk) and 8 km from Maribor skiing and hiking area (Pohorje). It is surrounded with quiet and green neighbourhood. There is a free parking place available in the houseyard just next to the apartments entrance. It has 150m2, two bedrooms, one with two single beds, where one of it has additional attached and a bedroom with a double bed. Each of the bedrooms has bathroom attached.

Come to the hill of love and stay in a lovely home

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.
