( approx 10 min ) Newly refurbished and spacious the annexe provides a clean and welcoming space with all the essentials needed for a comfortable short stay. An ideal base to explore the beautiful south west coastal path, river and trail walks or a short drive to nearby Exmouth a larger town. Ample free parking on the residential road adjacent to the property.

Enjoy staying in this well located one bedroom upside down house on the edge of the village of Lympstone. Walking distance to village pubs, shop, train station, estuary and cycle path. Downstairs there is a light airy bedroom with king size bed, a large en-suite shower room and access via patio doors to your own private garden and decked area. Upstairs is an open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room with 2 velux windows and door to the outside staircase. Parking in front of property.

Our flat is perfect for visiting East Devon. It’s located on a quiet road close to the South West Coast Path, golf course and walking distance to Budleigh Salterton. Modern and spacious it has a bedroom and en-suite downstairs. The open plan kitchen/living area is upstairs. It has fibre broadband, with Disney+The kitchen is well-equipped. It has plenty of room for parking. The entire space is for the sole use of guests. We live next door, happy to help with any advice on the local area.

This lovely spacious cottage is adjacent to the owner's house, set in 3 acres of gardens and beautiful countryside in the heart of the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It's a great base for walking, cycling, touring, shopping, eating and drinking ...and curling up in front of the log fire. Sidbury village is a 20 min walk away. And Sidmouth, on the Jurassic Coast, is just a 4 mile drive. A few days at Filcombe will leave you relaxed, refreshed and keen to come back!

'Western Way' is a beautiful , 1 bedroom apartment. Just 2 minutes walk to the sandy beach of Exmouth and the start of the world famous Jurassic Coast Path. Parking, sea views and a small courtyard. It has a well equipped kitchen and washing machine. The town centre is a mile away with plenty of shops and restaurants and Exmouth offers a wide variety of activities, such as kitesurfing, sailing, kayaking, paddleboarding , hikings, mountain biking and rowing, endless hours of fun.

Perfectly located for access to the Exe Trail which provides a scenic bike ride or walk for example to Lympstone where there are some lovely restaurants and pubs to go to. A 6 minute drive to Exmouth seafront or a 30 minute walk and about 4 minute drive or 20 minute walk into the main town centre. Local supermarket is only about 300 metres away.

The Annexe is a self-contained guest suite, with living room/diner, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen, fully equipped, recently modernised and redecorated. Ideal for a couple or for a family with two small children as there is a double sofa-bed in the living room. Just outside the French doors is a patio with table and barbecue for summer dining. Parking on drive.

Just 2 minutes walk down the drive onto the High Street, 8 mins from the beach & coast path and situated at the top of our long, private drive, the boat house enjoys peace and privacy at the same time as being very conveniently situated.
