Ein Parkplatz ist in direkter Wohnungsnähe problemlos zu finden. Das Unterstellen von Fahrrädern ist nach Rücksprache möglich.

Sie ist hochwertig ausgestattet und hat ihren besonderen Charme, mit Echtholzparkett, elektrischen Rolläden, moderner Küche und Bad. Alle Zimmer haben breite Türen, die Dusche ist frei begehbar. Wohn- und Essbereich sind von grosszügigen Terrassen umfasst, mit Blick in den grossen Garten.

Cosy, well-equipped apartment near Frankfurt

Our self-contained, fully equipped and bright 45 sqm apartment is located in our home in a beautiful, quiet residential area next to the forest. The living-room looks out onto the garden and a small terrace. Frankfurt city centre by car is about 15 min. (off-peak), the closest public transportation station a 15 min. walk (down/up a fairly steep hill) (there's a bus, but it doesn't run on Saturdays after 3 p.m. and on Sundays). 2-4 people. Families with children very welcome.

Quiet living near the city (Tiny House)

Die Wohnung mit separatem Eingang befindet sich im Nebenhaus. Sie ist in sehr ruhiger Lage, aber gutem Anschluss nach Frankfurt, Fulda und Aschaffenburg. Uns ist es wichtig, dass Sie sich zu Hause fühlen und sich eine Auszeit vom Alltag gönnen. Unsere Wohnung ist komfortabel und hochwertig ausgestattet. Wir achten sehr auf Sauberkeit und Hygiene, und erheben deshalb auch eine allgemeine Reinigungsgebühr von 35 €, frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive.

Hiermit biete ich eine neue Unterkunft die ab 01.09.20 zur Verfügung steht. Es würde neu saniert und möbliert. Es handelt sich um helles 2 ZW im Dachgeschoss/ 1 Stock mit einem Balkon, EBK, hellgefließt Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne. Bruchköbel ist von überall leicht zu erreichen. Über die direkt anliegende A66 erreicht man von Bruchköbel die A45 und damit die Autobahnanschlüsse nach Norden und Süden in fünf Minuten.
