You will enjoy: proximity of the beach (waterfront - 2nd line from the beach, 345 feet to the high tide line, direct path to the beach), large backyard with campfire. Lower and upper levels decks. The large property lot also provides good level of privacy due to preserved vegetation. Porch is now screened - Jan 2025. This property underwent complete renovation in 2023/2024. You will enjoy clean looks and all modern amenities.

The first floor includes a game room featuring a 12' shuffleboard table, foosball, arcade center, and bumper pool/card table combo, as well as a theater room.

This first floor condo is conveniently located in a family-friendly community with all you need within walking distance, including several restaurants and a grocery store. A short and easy 3-mile drive to Lewes Beach and the charming town of Lewes makes this an ideal location. Amenities include access to two pools, tennis courts, pickle ball courts and kids play area. The Georgetown Lewes Biking/Walking Trail, that connects to the town of Lewes, is literally steps from our front door.

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Located less than 5 miles from downtown Lewes and Delaware Beaches. The cottage guest house is nestled in the woods adjacent to a tree house overlooking a tranquil pond with a calming fountain sounds. On the main property guests have access to a in ground swimming pool (seasonal) with a 60 foot lap lane and slide, schedule times with hosts.. The backyard also includes an organic garden, playground and 🐔 chickens.

Welcome to Salt Box Cottage! I am thrilled to share my dream vacation home with you! You will be a short distance away from all that Rehoboth, Dewey and Lowes Beaches have to offer. You will have access to 2 bicycles and beach chairs during your stay. When you are not out and about you will have access to the entire cottage, which is well appointed with a full kitchen, towels, linens, laundry room across the way and 2 free parking spots.

Beautiful condo in Villages of Five Points, Lewes

Welcome to our beautiful condo in the desirable family friendly community of The Villages of Five Points ! Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is the perfect place for your beach vacation or any occasion. The condo has been newly painted and new flooring has been installed as well. The condo is right off east of route 1 and about 3 miles from Lewes beach. Biking trails are close by and Cape Henlopen State Park is a short ride of about 3 miles.

Oceanfront Gem (Hot Tub and Sauna - extra fee)

No property is closer to the beach! Huge decks with amazing ocean views. Quiet and peaceful getaway. The use of the third floor (sauna + jacuzzi + additional sitting room + full bath) is $500 for stays 5 days and less, $100/night for stays over 5 days. Hot tub use can be limited depending on weather conditions. Kayaks and paddle boards are available free of charge with advance notice.
